Sample orders: 2 pieces. These quantities apply to all products and markets. SHIPPING Europe and the Americas: UPS/DHL express delivery takes 5–7 working days. Standard courier delivery takes approximately 20–30 working days. Contact longhehuibattery@gmail.com if your shipment is delayed. WARRANTY PERIOD The warranty starts on the shipment date and lasts for 1 year or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first. BATTERY-RELATED DEVICE DAMAGE For device damage caused by a battery issue during the warranty period, compensation is up to US$300 per affected item. A third-party test report is required for this type of claim. DEFECT REPLACEMENT Class A — battery defect: replacement batteries will be included with your next order. Class B — protection-circuit-board defect: replacement batteries will be included with your next order. For battery-defect claims, send clear photos of the defect via WeChat or WhatsApp. We will supply new replacement batteries with your next order. LABORATORY TESTING Our batteries undergo laboratory testing.
