Shipping, Ordering and Warranty

LONGHEHUI Battery

ORDERING

Minimum wholesale order: 5 pieces. Sample orders: 2 pieces. These quantities apply to all products and markets.

SHIPPING

Europe and the Americas: UPS/DHL express delivery takes 5–7 working days. Standard courier delivery takes approximately 20–30 working days. Contact longhehuibattery@gmail.com if your shipment is delayed.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty starts on the shipment date and lasts for 1 year or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.

BATTERY-RELATED DEVICE DAMAGE

For device damage caused by a battery issue during the warranty period, compensation is up to US$300 per affected item. A third-party test report is required for this type of claim.

DEFECT REPLACEMENT

Class A — battery defect: replacement batteries will be included with your next order.

Class B — protection-circuit-board defect: replacement batteries will be included with your next order.

For battery-defect claims, send clear photos of the defect via WeChat or WhatsApp. We will supply new replacement batteries with your next order.

LABORATORY TESTING

Our batteries undergo laboratory testing. Test categories include, as applicable to the cell or battery type:
